Meet Brooke Fava, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Brooke Fava is the founder of Resilient Futures ABA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a doctoral student in Applied Behavior Analysis. With eight years of experience applying the science of behavior, Brooke has worked across a variety of settings and populations, focusing on practical, individualized strategies that translate into meaningful change in everyday life.
Her experience includes individualized ABA services, caregiver and sibling training, professional supervision and mentorship, and applying behavioral science in health, fitness, and sports. Brooke also incorporates principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support values-based action, psychological flexibility, and meaningful behavior change.
Brooke founded Resilient Futures with a vision to expand how and where behavioral science can be applied. She believes the principles of behavior analysis can extend far beyond traditional settings—supporting families, developing professionals, strengthening relationships, improving health and wellness behaviors, and helping individuals pursue personally meaningful goals.
Through Resilient Futures, Brooke brings together evidence-based practice, collaboration, and an individualized approach to help people build skills, overcome barriers, and create sustainable change.
Her philosophy is simple: behavioral science should meet people where they are and help them build toward where they want to be.
